As CEO of West African Health Partners, he is leading the creation of West Africa’s first medical co-working spaces and diagnostic hubs, starting with a pilot in Accra. His clinical expertise and knowledge of health systems guide market and feasibility studies to support strategic healthcare investments in Ghana. Dr. Adomfeh’s vision is to build a high-quality, affordable, and tech-driven healthcare infrastructure designed by and for Africans.

Dr. Jonathan Francois, Co-Founder and COO of West African Health Partners, is a cardiac electrophysiologist dedicated to expanding quality healthcare access in underserved regions. He manages clinical operations, strategic partnerships, and implementation to ensure effective service delivery. Leveraging his cardiology expertise alongside global health and healthcare management experience, he integrates clinical and operational efforts to build a scalable, sustainable organization. His work focuses on developing lasting health infrastructure in Africa through innovation, equity, and community engagement to improve health outcomes for underserved populations.
