WAHP is developing modern outpatient facilities in Ghana and will rent fully equipped clinical rooms to independent Ghanaian doctors and care teams. Clinicians will run their own practices; we will run the infrastructure—space, patient flow, and reliable facility operations. As we scale, we will expand access to diagnostics through trusted lab and imaging partners.

WAHP is a multi-tenant outpatient healthcare hub. We build or lease clinical facilities, outfit them to a consistent standard, and then rent clinical rooms to independent Ghanaian doctors and care teams who operate their own practices under one roof

WAHP provides the physical and operational backbone that makes outpatient care work.

We deliver three things:

1. Ready-to-use clinical space
   Fully equipped consult/exam rooms and professional shared areas so clinicians can practice without heavy upfront buildout costs.

2. Facility operations + patient experience standards
   We run the building: flow, cleanliness, maintenance, basic service standards, and a predictable experience for patients.

3. A pathway to diagnostics (phased)
   We connect patients and clinicians to lab and imaging capacity through partners—designed to reduce delays and improve reliability as WAHP grows
